Prevent Childhood Drowning
For the parents, the stories are often tragically similar: they were done swimming for the day. Everyone had gone back inside. But their child had so much fun, they decided to sneak back outside — and back into the pool. The parents just didn’t know how prevalent, how fast, and how silent drowning can be. The CEK Foundation asked us to address that, and knock drowning out of the number one spot

Talent is everywhere, access to opportunity is not. Millions of capable individuals, including justice-impacted citizens, veterans, caregivers reentering the workforce, and skilled workers without four-year degrees, are ready to contribute. Yet structural barriers, credential inflation, and automated hiring systems continue to filter out differently lived experiences. The Benz Family Foundation asked us to address this inequity at scale, modernizing how skill is recognized and expanding access to meaningful work.
